Metro’s Detour Hotline at 632-7538 provides a recorded message, updated continuously from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. on severe winter weather days to give the most current bus detour information.

Metro buses cannot stop safely on snowy hills. Customers should board at the top or bottom of hills.
MetroCenter bus information phone lines are answered weekdays 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for complete bus-riding information.
A lot of people depend on Metro. Metro provides about 65,000 rides per weekday and about 25% of downtown workers ride Metro.
Metro is a non-profit public service of Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, providing almost 22 million rides per year in the Greater Cincinnati community.
