METRO DETOURS FOR EIGHTH STREET VIADUCT CONSTRUCTION
Metro detours go into effect on May 12

CINCINNATI - Beginning Monday May 12, the following routes will be detoured by the closing of the Eighth Street viaduct for about six months:

• Rt. 10 - Western Hills-Price Hill
• Rt. 32 - Delhi- Price Hill and Delhi-Price Hill via Matson
• Rt. 33 - Western Hills-Glenway and Bridgetown-Glenway
• Rt. 34X - Western Hills Express
• Rt. 50 - Sayler Park

Routing for the Rt. 31 West End-Evanston Crosstown is NOT affected.

Detour routing

Inbound buses heading toward town will operate from Eighth Street to Depot, to Gest, to Dalton, and back to Eighth Street and regular route.

Outbound buses going toward Western Hills will go from Eighth Street to Dalton, to Gest, to Depot, to Eighth to regular route.

Bus stops

The bus stops on Eighth Street that will not be served will have signs up as of Monday, April 21 informing customers where their closest bus stop will be. The permanent construction bus stop signs will be marked along the detour route by May 12.

The inbound stop/layover on Eighth Street and the outbound stop at Eighth and State will NOT be affected.
